Most questions can be answered by visiting the Frequently Asked questions section. Please be sure to review that section while visiting the site.

DEFAULT ENROLLMENT

Students who do not enroll or waive online will be enrolled by default into the standard policy and their student accounts charged.

There are no paper waivers. If you have provided medical insurance information to Student Health Services, Athletics or any other department that information is not shared and does not constitute a waiver of medical insurance.

The student medical plan charge is not refundable or transferable

Reminders notifications are sent to student CUA mail accounts prior to the deadlines so that students can avoid being automatically enrolled.

Students please note -Not checking your CUA account is not a valid excuse for missing deadline information contained therein.

It is the student's responsibility to waive each academic year. Failure to submit an online waiver application will result in default enrollment.
