All full time, resident and international students are required to have health insurance while enrolled at Catholic University and are automatically enrolled in the University's plan each year.
Students who are already covered under an comparable plan may waive the University plan. Details are provided on this web site.
Catholic University Plan Information
We are pleased to announce this year’s Student Medical Plan – with a significant reduction in annual premium to $1,324 for the 2007-2008 Academic Year. Noteworthy benefit increases this year include:
- Maximum coverage from $100,000 to $150,000 per Sickness or Injury
- Annual prescription maximum from $1,000 to $1,500 per Policy Year
The policy, underwritten by Aetna, runs from August 14th through the following August 13th.
